Lacrosse of Minnesota

Being a lacrosse parent can be an exciting but also challenging task.

With the sport being so new to Minnesota there are a lot of "unknowns" for parents - from the basic rules of the game, the positions and the skills to what they should be doing to help their son and to what and where to get equipment.  

Our goal is to help guide you in your journey as a lacrosse parent. 

We've partnered with the organization 5th Quarter Lacrosse to provide parents with answers to the basics questions as well as a resources for more indepth information.

Like Homegrown Lacrosse, 5th Quarter Lacrosse is committed to growing the sport of lacrosse through education and support for parents and youth organizations.
